Class Schedule

 

FUNCTIONAL FLOW (Mondays 5pm) is a combination of breathing exercises, core strength, yoga postures,stretching and balance work. Emphasis is on cultivating an inner awareness and a relaxed state of being. Final relaxation (Savasana) brings the body to an energized state.

 

SPIRIT DANCE (Tuesdays 5pm) is a fusion of simple dance steps from modern, jazz, latin, african and contemporarty dance styles. The creative movements and motivating music makes this aerobic workout energizing and upbeat!

 

PILATE'S MAT CLASS (Wednesdays 8:15am) works on building core strength while restoring balance to the joints and muscles. Traditional mat exercises are used along with a blend of breathing,stretching and balance work.
